Is passiflora safe to take for anxiety?`?
I’ve been having anxiety problems lately and read on a site that passiflora can help with anxiety by calming the nervous system. Has anyone taken or tried passiflora (the Homeopathic Remedy)? Any information would be very helpful! Thank you
Yes, passionflower is definately a calming herb. But there are different types, you need to find a pure type.
Another calming product is tart cherries. You can find this in health food stores – in capsules but make sure its flash pasteurized or it will kill the goodness of the product.
