Can you suggest natural remedies fo PMDD?
I am certain I have PMDD. I get VERY depressed about a week before my period, and it lasts entirely through and a couple of days afterword. So this leaves me with less than 2 weeks of feeling normal, and then it starts again. I really don’t want to take prescription drugs, but it’s been very bad lately. I have recently stopped taking antidepressants ( a few months ago) and I know I don’t need them to help me function every day.
Does anyone know of natural remedies for PMDD, or even any resources where I could look for remedies? I think also, the lack of much sunlight (the sun sets here at about 4:30) is adding to my off and on depression.

I do know that there are natural remedies for severe PMS, but keep in mind, that with many cases of PMDD, natural will not cut it.
I have severe PMDD, am suicidal every month. The only thing that alleviate my symptoms is Yaz birth control. You should talk to your gyn about it, Yaz has been more beneficial than not for many women with PMDD.
