What form or kind of denatured alcohol can I use to dilute pure Cedar Oil?

I want to use cedar oil to freshen my closets, etc. and to help avoid insects in the house (I live in rural northwestern PA). I know where to buy pure Cedar Oil but I also know that I need to dilute this with denatured alcohol. Problem is, there are at least 4 types of denatured alcohol and I don’t know which is appropriate for the use I intend. Can anyone help?

I would say that you can use any of the alcohols to dilute the cedar oil. You would want to avoid any of the alcohols that include butyl alcohol (butanol) since this could oxidize and leave an unpleasant odor.
