genital skin tags?

My girlfriend recently confided she has a genital skin tag about the size of a pea. She had it (smaller size) about 2 years ago and had scratched it off. However, it reappeared and its bigger. Not that it hurts or anything but its embarrassing especially since she is in for a potential relationship. We tried searching for natural remedies but not sure if they are safe and effective. Maybe you guys have tried something that worked? Any natural cures that we can try?

Send her to her Ob/Gyn for a consultation. He will be able to recommend a treatment or refer her to a dermatologist that could remove the “critter” at its root.
